Throughout my career, I have had experience in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors – these have their differences, but ultimately it all comes down to a commitment to service excellence and working collaboratively with people. 

Since 2001, I've been helping my clients across Canada improve employee engagement through visual workplace communication and digital signage implementation. From initial planning to implementation and ongoing content management, my focus is always on building strong professional and personal relationship. I’ll work with you to create a customized plan of action for your team and your organization.

I bring a successful thirty year career as a results-driven professional with a consistent record of successful digital signage implementations, and a history of building long term customer/client relationships. I have also been very involved in community service through Kin Canada. My successful sales and marketing career is augmented by progressively senior leadership roles with Kin Canada, culminating with National President in 2009-2010. I was a charter director of the Kin Canada Foundation and was honoured to serve as Foundation Chair from 2016 to 2019. My executive experience and leadership skills, with direct responsibilities in strategic planning, change management, project management and strategic alliances, round out my qualifications. 

This cross-functional skill-set makes me the right person to work with your team to help you develop and expand opportunities, help build engaged and connected teams, and deliver profitable growth for your organization.
